The new series includes the frames of the NC75STH HES WS system adding the specific sashes for the modular hardware system METRA NT:

The movement and locking of the casements is obtained by the employment of the METRA NT modular hardware system, that you can find in the catalogue at the specific bookmark.
With the release of the new catalogue NC75STH HES-16 mm HARDWARE GROOVE the catalogue NC75STH HES WS has been updated, all tables concerning the 16 mm hardware groove have been eliminated and the update sheets have been integrated
NC65STH HES SLIM - UPDATED CATALOGUE + TECHNICAL UPDATE SHEETS
The catalogue has been updated by adding profiles with the aesthetic line IRON-IL:

Addition of shearing unit MU2802.2 for the machining of transoms NC16053 and NC16055, erroneously indicated as processed by shearing unit MU2882.
The updated version .1 of shearing unit MU2884. In order to process transom NC16053 (erroneously indicated as machinable), the shearing unit MU2884 needs a new support for this profile (MA2884 after the modification becomes MU2884.1).The kit for the modification to version.1 has the item number: MU2825
The technical sheets NC65STH_HES_SLIM_001_004 regard the creation of the new 10 mm glazing bead for the Basic line-BL, in order to enable the utilisation of glasses with dimension up to for frames and for sashes in the version Basic line-BL. Profile available from week 49/2018

The technical sheet NC65STH_HES_SLIM_005 concerns the correction of catalogue table 136MU005 as the internal and external ventilation slots on sash NC16009 IRON line cannot be performed by shearing unit MU2808.
NC65STH HES WX / NC90STH HES WX - UPDATED CATALOGUE
Addition of the new hinge MA6443 (with the respective employment limit) for outward opening
Casement solution.
The new hinges will be available on stock from week 50/2018
Elimination of the casement solution with concealed hinges, so the feasible types are:
- Casement solution with 1 or 2 casements only with the new hinge in view MA6443
- Top-hung solution with arms
Addition of 2 catalogue tables in the section “Order lists” for a better specification of the movement and locking hardware for the Casement solution:
C001-TAB2 for single casement window
C003-TAB2 for double casement window
Addition of the new pair of opening restrictor arms MA6771 in order to stop the casement in the opening position with a maximum opening of 100 mm.

The technical sheet PERSIANA_METRA_046 shows the dimensional and weight limits of the sash for sliding folding solutions.
The technical sheet PERSIANA_METRA_047 concerns the composition of the kit MA8525 (N°2 carriages + N°2 carriage stops) and the positioning on the sliding sash and the upper sliding track.
The technical sheets PERSIANA_METRA_048_49 regard the introduction of two new shearing units for the machining of mechanical fitting and plugging corner cleats:

GENERIC ACCESSORIES
The technical sheet ACCESSORI_GENERICI_309 regards the addition of the new accessory MA7229 – Vulcanized corner for MG032D with edge protection function.The new corner is an alternative to the corner MA2805 and can be used with all the HES casement systems.

The new finish sample pack about the METRA anodised finishes, item number MSR0003.
The sample pack includes the main anodised finishes which replace the former samples in order to be the new and only METRA reference.
The sample pack can be ordered the same way as any other accessory.
On the METRA WEB and on METRA Doc you can find a summary of all the METRA shearing units that can be used with the power groups MU2800 and MU2822, divided into series.
The calculation and estimation software has been updated.
